Can You Rank On The First Page

In the words of Barack Obama “YES YOU CAN”

You just need to analyze the competition.

I’m launching a new product called “My Twitter Blueprint” and the keyword I want to rank for is Increase Twitter Followers.

At present I’m not in the top 100 for this keyword.

So How Do I Go About Ranking Naturally?

There are two sides of SEO on page and off page

-on page deals with the content on you site.
-off page is primarily linking back to your site from other web page.

First things first you need to build your site for the spiders to read.  The spiders or robots are looking Initially for 6 main categories.

Is the keyword in the…

  • – Domain Name- Title Tag
  • - Description Tag
  • - Meta Tag
  • – Header Tag
  • – Alt tag
  • – Content

Make sure the target keyword is in all above places and Google will love your page when it finds it.

Now the web page is ready to receive inbound links, let me look at the competition.

Let me explain some of the headers…

  • DA = Domain Age
  • PR = Page Rank
  • BLP = Back Links To The Page
  • BLD = Back Links To The Domain
  • DMZ & YAH are directories – Dmoz is free and Yahoo cost $299 per year
  • TITLE = Title Tag
  • URL = Domain Name
  • DESC = PageDescription
  • HEAD = Header Tag

Increase Twitter Followers

As you can see I’ve circled number 8 spot which I think I can beat in a short space of time.  I’ve also underlined site 4 which has done no on page optimization but still ranks well for this keyword, I’ll come back to that.

Lets look a little further into advertiser number 8 first…

Twitter Followers

He/She has 4 links to the page and 2 links are anchored with the keyword not hard to match hey

but he/she has a lot of links back to the website which is holding its position.

Lets look at the site which has no on page optimisation and see where the links are coming from.

Twitter

24 of the related links are coming from PR0, I think I can rank on this page with 100 links with at least a PR1.

I will keep you up to date with the progress let the back link war begin.

If you are interested in joining me in this adventure I have created a plug and play site which shows you exactly how you can set up the same SEO friendly page I’musing to dominate the SERPs.

I will give you a video squeeze page you can upload to you domain and I will show you in more depth who you can go about getting High PR back links quickly…
